Sports Performance Week (3/18-3/22; Beginner to Advanced)


Class for 10-15 is FULL. Advanced class (15+) has 4 spots available. 

Join us for a week of training and find out how we help players from all sports become complete athletes! Learn how to get stronger, faster, jump higher, and be more explosive, as well as eat well and recover quickly.  Start preparing NOW for next season. Three 1.5 hour workouts (MWF), pick one of two classes depending on your age/experience level. Priced low so anyone with the desire and drive can try it out!

Cost: $50 before March 15, $60 after (spots are limited)
