Total Performance Summer Camp: HS, College, Pro (Phase 1 Starts 5/29; Phase 2 on 6/17)


Get stronger, faster, jump higher, and be more explosive this summer! Prepare for next season with comprehensive, advanced training for high school, college, and pro athletes of all sports. Workout 2 or 3 times per week (MWF). Cost depends on total number of sessions ($15-$18/session depending on quantity purchased). Individual sessions are $20.

  • Phase 1 (prep): May 29-June 14; 8 sessions.
  • Phase 2 (build): June 17-July 12; 12 sessions.
  • Phase 3 (power): July 15-August 9; 12 sessions.
