The perfect training program for middle school athletes in any sport! Learn to get stronger, faster, jump higher, and be more explosive. We show younger athletes exactly how to train properly, safely, and effectively. June 14 – July 30. Workout 3 times per week, MWF from 9:00-10:00. (NOTE: 6/21, 6/28 workouts will be at 5:00pm).
